When you have successfully made payment for your items, the BuyMall system will automatically generate the Buy-For-Me orders for you.
You may track your Buy-For-Me order status of your items in "Buy-For-Me".
If the order status is "Processing", you may contact customer service to request cancellation of the Buy-For-Me order and reorder

Purchaser is reviewing your order
"Order in Progress"
Purchaser has successfully bought for you, waiting for the seller to send out the parcel
"Awaiting Arrival"
Seller had sent out the parcel waiting for arrival at our forwarding warehouse.
"Awaiting Measurement"
Your items have arrived at the forwarding warehouse waiting for our warehouse staff to measure the parcel.
"Ready to Ship"
You can choose the delivery method and pay the international shipping and Buy-For-Me for the items.
"Invalid Order"
It means your item has been sold out/off the shelf, or listed as contraband. So we will refund the payment amount to your BuyMall wallet.
"Arrears"
The amount you paid is different from the actual purchase amount, you have to pay the remaining balance so that the purchaser can proceed with your order.
"Awaiting Cancel"
Purchaser is reviewing your cancellation request.
Either there is an adjustment on China local shipping fee or product price that causes the issue, you have to pay the difference in order to proceed with the order. If you aren't willing to pay and request to cancel it, you can click "Cancel" and wait for the purchaser to review and refund.
It’s mainly because the sellers could not update the status of the items in time. When the purchaser places the order, they are informed that the items have been sold out or unavailable, or the item is contraband. So the purchaser will cancel the order and refund the payment amount to your BuyMall Wallet.
The money will be automatically refunded to your BuyMall Wallet.
After Buy-For-Me order (except pre-order item) status shows "AWAITING ARRIVAL", it normally takes 2-5 days to reach the BuyMall forwarding warehouse.
The Buy-For-Me order status shows "AWAITING ARRIVAL", you can click the item's waybill number to get the logistics status.
You can click Shipping Center to select which items to generate the parcel and pay the international shipping fee.
