Home Delivery:
1. Upon receiving the parcel, please ensure that the number of cartons matches the information on the BuyMall website. If not, notify the driver immediately and note the missing cartons on the Delivery Order.
2. Inspect the external packaging of the parcel for any damage. Take clear photos of all four sides of the package and a clear photo of the Malaysia waybill.
3. If the external packaging is damaged or shows signs of unpacking, weigh the package to confirm if the weight matches the parcel details. Take photos for documentation.
4. When unpacking, verify the item's waybill. If any items are missing, photograph all waybills inside the parcel and contact BuyMall customer service with the following information: photos of all sides of the parcel, electronic scale weight photo, photo of the Malaysia waybill, tracking numbers of missing items, and proof of purchase for the items to facilitate investigation.
5. If there are any issues within 72 hours after receiving the parcel, please promptly report them to customer
service and retain all packaging for further investigation. Late submissions will not be
entertained.

Receive at Pickup Point:

3. If there are any issues within 72 hours after receiving the parcel, please promptly report them to customer
