Air Freight Service and System Upgrade

We've heard your feedback and, in order to provide more parcels with the advantage of actual weight calculation, we have raised the Free Non-Volumetric from 10kg to 20kg. This means that your parcel is likely to be billed based on its actual weight rather than being limited by volumetric weight. For example, if your parcel's actual weight is 5kg but the volumetric weight is 20kg, with a difference of 15kg (which is less than 20kg), the shipping cost will be calculated based on the actual weight of 5kg.
You no longer need to agonize over selecting a shipping method when placing an order. After your items are received by the warehouse, you can easily arrange shipment and choose whether to use air or sea freight services, comparing their shipping costs and giving you more flexibility.
Our warehouse will provide you with a more convenient service. Once your air freight waybill number is received by the warehouse, we will automatically store it in your account based on the receiver ID on the waybill, saving you time and effort. **Reminder: Do not select "Order Number Protection" when placing orders on shopping platforms. Ensure that you include the receiver ID in the detailed address to enable automatic storage.
You no longer need to wait for warehouse quotes. The system will calculate the shipping cost immediately based on the weight and volume at the time of warehouse received and all charges will be displayed when generating the parcel, offering a faster and more time-efficient process.
We have decided to discontinue package unpacking services to reduce the risk of product damage and to avoid situations where customers may be rejected by sellers during after-sales due to the removal of the original packaging.
